$155- 50 minute session, in-person or online

$225- 90 minute session, in-person or online (recommended for EMDR and ART)

I accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards.

Insurance

I am in-network in Montana (only for clients who are Montana residents) with the following insurance companies:

• BlueCross BlueShield

• Pacific Source

• Mountain Health Co-op

• Cigna

• Aetna

• Some other smaller insurance companies (check in with me! I don’t take United Health Insurance in MT at this time)

I am out-of-network with insurance in Colorado (for all Colorado residents) at this time. This might change in the future, so check in with me! In the mean time, I am happy to provide you with a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Need help in submitting superbills to your insurance?

Reimbursify (https://reimbursify.com) is a great service that will help you submit out-of-network claims. The cost to download the app is free, and each claim (one session) is $1.99. You can also purchase packages at a discount. If anything is wrong with your claim, reimbursify will help correct the mistake, free of charge.

Sliding scale

From time to time I have a few sliding scale spots to offer. If this is something you are interested in, we can discuss it further during your consultation.

Policies

Cancellation: 24-hour notice is required to cancel and reschedule an appointment. If the appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours, I will charge the full appointment fee for the missed session.

Payment: I require you to keep an active card on file. I will not charge your card if you prefer to pay in cash, check, or another method. If you do not show up to the appointment, or you cancel late, I charge your card the full fee of the session.
